Established in 1994, Cosmos Claims Service is known widely throughout the property insurance adjustment community in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area for it's large loss expertise in handling difficult and complex claims. There is extensive construction background so that the Adjuster, not the Contractor, determines the scope of work and then coordinates efforts with the Contractor of choice to assure repairs are assumed.

The coordination of efforts continues with regard to the inventory process for large Homeowner and Commercial losses. Our computerized inventory allows Salvage and Restoration Companies, in addition to carriers and the insured, to follow contents and Business Personal Property losses throughout the claim process from the Replacement Cost Valuation to the Betterment and Actual Cash Value adjustment of the claim.

We have established excellent working relationships with not only most of the General Contractors, Restoration and Salvage Companies throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, but also with Outside Forensic Experts in the Structural Consulting, Engineering, Causation, Legal and Business Interruption arenas.

Our digital imagery enables us to provide you with a product that is state of the art. Digital movies are available and digital jpeg still photos are standard and easily transmitted electronically in order to accommodate immediate information to our clients on a rush basis.
